FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As with anything in life you get what you pay for and construction is not any different. We will most likely not be the "cheapest" but we are the absolute best and given the opportunity to handle your project your expectations will be exceeded you will most likely not have anyone else ever work on your biggest investment/home again besides me after you have had the pleasure of seeing what I bring to the table.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most of my work is initiated through a phone call or e-mail at that point.... - Discuss a brief scope of work or your needs. - Set up a site visit to discuss needs and expectations. (clients as well as my own) - Propose my suggested course of action and provide a competitive quote on site if possible and follow up with proposal through e-mail within 24 hours of the site visit. - Complete contract and schedule a start date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I literally grew up on construction sites. I have been on the job in the field one way or another since I was 14 years old. I was fortunate enough to have been put to work with some of the best builders in the area and I have not looked back since. I was taught the proper way to handle construction projects and my attention to detail borders fanatical. I got the best on the job training a guy could wish for.
