- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is extremely important to always evaluate the home/apartment before giving any price, you wouldn't want to overcharge your customer for services, each home/apartment has different needs and we strive to take care of those needs and clean beyond your expectations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For first time customers we typically schedule a day and time that works for you to evaluate your home/apartment, the day of our appointment we evaluate the size, amount of work to be done, and at this time we have the opportunity to talk about your wants, needs and any additional services that you would prefer. Krysia's Maid To Go Cleaning Service is a family owned business and as such after our first scheduled home/apartment cleaning we thank all our customers with a complimentary gift.
