Introduction: I specialize in teaching and coaching fitness as a lifestyle. I have been a NASM Certified Trainer since 2013 and have worked in commercial gyms as well as in private settings. Go ahead and reach out to me so we can set up a first meeting in which I will gather a baseline for your posture, endurance and strength. From there, we will discuss the best options for you. My niche in personal training is to design workout programs that cater to your current posture and, to help you achieve optimum form while reaching your fitness and wellness goals. My approach to fitness is holistic-- I am an advocate for mind and body wellness and, I am passionate about helping you reconnect with your body. I use a scientific approach that I learned through my National Academy of Sports Medicine Certification and, I am very intrigued by current science in Human Movement Science. I do not believe that the best workout is the hardest workout but rather, the best workout is that which makes you sweat while reinforcing to you that you are strong and able to do whatever you set your mind to. I have a background in Psychology and Health Sciences and, I am a Graduate Student in Applied Behavior Analysis. I use my skills in these fields to help you become the best version of yourself. If you are looking to strength train, build muscle, lose weight, become more flexible and agile, regain control over your appetite and body, learn about your body its strengths and overcome limitations then, I am the trainer for you. Fitness is a journey and, I would be honored to be your coach and guide through developing a newfound confidence.

Sara is an amazing trainer. She really catered my workouts to how I wanted my body to look and feel. She even helped me with my diet, by telling me which foods I should consume and which foods I should avoid to reach my goals. She not only motivated me to physically better my body, but she helped me reach the mental mindset I was seeking as well. She is sweet, supportive, encouraging, and an empowered woman! Sara has done wonders for my health and my life!

Sara holds such a safe space for me. Whether we are discussing diet, exercise or self-esteem, she always has a can do, 100% acceptance/compassionate demeanor. When I first met Sara I was 194 (5’9 woman), now I am 172 and building more muscle everyday. I am more flexible, strong and confident than ever. When I gain a pound or two, I know that it is muscle and I can feel the difference everyday in how I hold myself via posture and how less prone I am to injury.
