They came after hours and cleaned the place we were supposed to move into that day. Carpets looked excellent when they were done and they were able to get rid of the pet odors.

Always reliable and quick to respond. I've tried other carpet cleaners but once I used Remington Chen dry I never used another. They take the time needed to make sure the job is done correctly. Highly recommended.
