- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If a budget is uncertain, we have a flat hourly rate of $250/hour for any of our services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With each of our clients, we generally meet in person to iron out all of the details, to insure we are both on the same page and to ensure the job is done right. If our clients are unable meet in person, a phone call will suffice.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our education comes from years of on the job experience which allows us create incredible results.
