Brittany has coordinated many events for me and each of them were fun, perfect, and went off without a hitch! She has planned both my bachelorette party and decorating my wedding! With my bachelorette party, all decorations, event coordinating, and gifts for my girls was all provided by her and she really went above and beyond! I felt incredibly special and she was also very passionate about everything that went involved. For my wedding as well she was very passionate about it. She really listened to what the theme was (which was Modern Rustic) and really went for it! I provided decorations and she also had tons of her own that she set up and made it look perfect. I highly recommend Brittany for any event coordinating that needs to be done!

Passionate Creations took a 14000 square foot blank space and transformed it into a winter wonderland. The creativity they used was stunning and they made excellent use of the space and created magic with their lighting options .The decorating was so nice we also used it to showcase our event space. The party was a success with around three hundred people enjoying the atmosphere that they created Their set up and teardown was impeccable.

She is truly a gifted wonder woman. Every time I tell her my vision and what I want to create. The end results are spectacular and perfect. She is a creative genius. She works with you to deliver exactly what you want and need. One of the events was all about creating joy and celebrating life. There was a bubble machine, bright colorful candy and food and even SWINGS!!!! The swings of course were a huge hit with all of the adults!!!! And the music was amazing and helped get everyone on the dance floor!!!!! The second event she helped coordinate and create was a show called Redefining Beauty. What I asked her to help me create was a show where we redefined the concept of beauty, featuring 12 acts, shifting between the various emotions, (lust, sadness, anger, joy) that coincide with an idea of “beauty” that our society has created for itself. We told a story about true beauty and the consequences of the rigid ideals about body image (through movement and dance), that we all endure in our daily lives. She was a huge part of choosing the music and the acts. Without her support there would not have been a venue for the show!!! She supported in helping create costumes and makeup for the acts. She always had amazing ideas to make the show even better. The finished product would not have happened without her. I truly believe there is nothing she cannot create! I cannot wait to see the fairy tea party graduation party I have already booked with her, plus another show, Fairy/Fantasy themed as well. Plus my Birthday is coming up next year as well!!!!!!!! What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our Process starts with a meeting by phone, Skype (or similar video chat) or in person. To get on the same page with our clients, as to what is expected, wanted and needed to create an event that is also an experience.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Brittany currently works for a leadership seminar where she supports planning and managing of workshops and trainings of unto 200 people. Kevin is in construction and has the tools and knowledge to create various props, and his history in the Marines he has great troubleshooting skills.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Brittany started a long time ago, putting together birthday parties, baby showers, bachelorette parties and weddings for friends and family. she discovered she has a knack for it and is really good at it, but most importantly she loves bringing wonder and joy into peoples lives. Bringing events to life, into experiences! Her visions and ideas have grown bigger and more detailed, requiring the support of her fiancé who is in construction and great with details, specifics and trouble-shooting. As well as a handful of other useful skills.
