Softball Defensive Training

Introduction: My purpose for Defensive Training is so that girls can get an insight of what it takes to get to a D1 level. I will provide useful tips to improve defensive skills to help develop a better and consistent performance on the field. My vision for these young ladies is for them to grow to be aggressive, smart athletes with a humble heart and attitude who play with purpose and passion. Attitude is number one. You can be the most talented player, but if you don't have a good attitude then I guarantee you'll be riding that bench all season long.
