About this pro
Our business stands out in that we pride ourselves on our guarantee to pass clearance on our jobs, or we will come back out and pay for retesting until its passed by the MAC. We are a family owned and operated business lead by Maryann S. a registered nurse and an Airforce veteran. We enjoy working with the community to ensure that homes are kept safe. Mold is a microscopic enemy and we through years of experience are licensed through the state to ensure that we properly remove it from your home. We are a family owned and operated business and we look forward to educating all our customers on the process.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? Our pricing is done through software called Xactimate. This program is widely accepted by insurance companies to ensure fair pricing. We offer discounts for returning customers up to 10% off a secondary project. Although are travel radius is 50 miles if a project is further away we can build in travel expense to a quote so you can use Restopros!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? Our typical process involves a few steps these are rules enforced by the state. Prior to any mold remediation, a licensed Mold Assessment Consultant (MAC) will need to be paid by the customer to test for "Mold". As a Mold Remediation Company can not identity mold, the MAC will then write a protocol for us to complete remediation if "Mold" was found which will also be paid for by the customer. We discuss pricing with the customers prior to use beginning remediation a 50% deposit will need to be collected prior to our start date. On site we then start building containments to ensure we contain the affected areas. After we used chemicals, and HEPA filter air scrubbers the MAC will return to test for clearance final payment to the MAC from customer. We collect the final 50% and a signed Certificate of Mold Damage Remediation is given to the customer. During an event were we fail clearance testing we will come back to the site for no additional charge and pay for retesting after we rework the affected area that failed testing. We at that time of completion will send a survey to the customer ensuring that the process was smooth and ask for an online review!
