- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I base my price on estimated labor, time of work, materials, yardage and location of the job site.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer satisfaction is a huge part of my business. As long as I can keep the customer happy I'm happy. Typically when arrival to a new job I will speak with the customer about the job and start the bidding proses. If we are in agreement with the price work and materials the work begins.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended Everett community college for welding and fabrication. In Everette WA. I've worked in a custom cabinet shop called preferred kitchens located in Missoula MT. I've also been trained and certified in home restoration from a highly known company.
