First of all it’s not a free estimate. Won’t be using them ever and make sure I tell everyone. Stay away!!!!!!

All I told you was how can we give an estimate with out knowing the level of contamination. And it could have the entire dwelling contaminated. Clean one spot will not fix your problem. Call after you get it clean and I will sample it for free... you can run the samples and mail them yourself I will pay for everything.

Quick response. Thoroughly explained the situation. Great work! BUT Months later, we have yet to see the report that they had promised. I did this mitigation expense to insure the new owner when sold that this was properly rehabbed. I have emailed numerous times and no response to a report or professional service completed in writing. 2 of the photos that they uploaded are not from my property. Very disappointed after a huge expense!

I️ am very sorry your investment property was flooded. As far as the price is concerned, the owner of the company cut to less than 1/2 as a favor to a mutual friend. He then suggested and offered encapsulation at cost.
As I️ stated (flood - water ) Mitigation Service and Mold Remediation are two different things.
We performed a (flood clean up ) Mitigation Service for you. You have received all the paper for this service.
I️ asked if you wanted a $399.00 Mold Test you declined. I️ gave you a price for encapsulation you declined.
I️ will be more than glad to schedule you the $399.00 mold test.
