His job was to help me loose weight. I appreciate the fact that he always pushed me to go all the way until I couldn't go anymore and he made sure that quitting wasn't an option for me. One thing that could've went better was his duration with me. I felt like he left a little too soon, but other than that everything else was great!!

Cedrick did an outstanding job ! We had our own personal gym to ourselves and I've been through a workout like I never been through before, who pushed me to a limit I didn't think I have and to this point and time he has been training me for a month straight 3 times a week and I've lost 12 pounds ! Cedric is the most well rounded overall trainer and well qualified individual who helped me accomplish not only better basketball skills but individual he helped me will self-esteem issues and personal issues . I highly recommend him
