Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: Hello! I am a young professional and a veterinary assistant at an emergency veterinary hospital. I've been working and volunteering with animals since I was 15. I started with volunteering for a shelter, and I worked in kennels, dog/pet day care and boarding and also for animal control. I currently cannot have my own dog, so I'd really love to care for yours, but I'm pretty happy watching all pets (even less common pets). I do like meet and greet; that way, everybody is more comfortable. I did pet sit for neighbors growing up, and I have experience in taking care of dogs with special needs (seniors, blind, and anxiety issues). I'm less experienced with exotic birds and fish, have more experience with cats (I have three that I raised/bottle fed), dogs, and most rodents. I have no breed restrictions. As a veterinary assistant for an emergency vet, I have been trained and am able to give subcutaneous fluids, injections, and oral medications if needed. I can provide you with references from previous employers or pet owners I have worked with. I also am able to provide early morning and later afternoon walks. If I sound like a candidate you'd be interested in, please do not hesitate to contact me. I love working with all kinds of animals. I also enjoy the companionship I get from the dogs I work with (I currently do not have the availability for my own full-time dog). It also brings me joy knowing I can put people at ease because they know I'll take great care of their pets.

Erin watched my cats when I was on vacation for a week and took care of one of them when he was sick. She did a fantastic job and kept them well fed, played with them, and kept the litter box clean! She new just what to do when my cat started having health problems!
