- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is standard but varies depending on your tech needs. Most of our prices start at $99 but is sometimes lower depending on exactly what you need. We offer many different services in computers/tablets, audio/video, home automation, business systems, surveillance systems, networking, furniture assembly, graphic and web design, and so much more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are always looking for new clients that need help with technology. We love to consult with clients to be sure that we are a good fit for them before taking on any challenge.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a retail technology manager for about 10 years with direct oversight of Geek Squad Agents as well as EasyTech associates. I have been involved with technology for over 15 years and work with a team of people that have a wide range of experience.
