John created a graceful series of fences both for our entry and the decks on our property. He surveyed the property, asked good questions and gave us a quote. He finished this job sooner than we expected -- 3 weeks instead of the 4 he had initially planned for. His fees are reasonable and his workmanship is superior. He checked that each fence was in its proper place several times and then consulted with us for the final placement. He touched up the paint where necessary (very little touchup required). He saw us putting together wooden wineracks and mentioned that he made those as well. We are now assessing how many we might need and we plan to work with him to finalize plans and then to fabricate them.

This guy knows his metal work. Perfect welds and craftsmanship. Fast work and great price. I would recommend for anything from structural to automotive.

John created a desk by repurposing an interior door and building a metal frame to encase the door. This new desk was a wonderful workspace for me. I have already recommended John to 7 people who were looking for someone who could repair porch railings, make a fireplace grate, create & install custom porch railings and fashion a fire pit grill. I am a superintendent for Cobblestone Development Group and Boroughbridge welding has done antique railing fabrications for at least 6 of our custom homes. There is high demand for these types of fabrications and BB has very fast turn around times while delivering a high quality product! John can produce almost anything you can think of. Great sprayed finishes and clean installations as well. Highly recommend.

We've worked with Boroughbridge Metal & Welding numerous times for custom metal furniture for our soda fountain. John built us 12 custom metal stools four our bar and a lockable rolling metal desk we use everyday. His work is beautiful and has stood up well to daily use at the bar.
