I really enjoy this service. Great pricing, and love that I am updated of any changes with service or change in work crew. I always know who will be at my home and updated if my scheduled service is changed due to weather or other circumstances. The account set up was easy and I really enjoy having the app to communicate with LawnStarter if needed or see when my services are scheduled. We price using your address to determine the actual lawn size and then use the lowest industry rates for the area to quote you the best offer that we can.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically our customers like to call in because it is easy and quick, we are able to give an accurate quote just using your address. They can also schedule entirely online at lawnstarter.com. From there, we typically reserve a weekly time or bi-weekly depending on a customers' needs. We also set them up with a customer account so they can manage their service online as they please.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
