What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer both time and materials billing and packaged pricing depending on the project. Our projects range from $500 to $30,000. We are proud to have satisfied clients that range from local small vendors to Fortune 500 corporations.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We hold an initial meeting where we review the project goals and the timeline to achieve the goals. We then establish the steps required to meet the goals and who is responsible for each step. We also set-up a regular meeting or communications schedule. We have a team that will work on any given project and one primary point of contact. We use various tools to manage our project and provide clarity to our clients. We use Basecamp for managing larger projects (over 40 hours), online meetings with screen share along with the standard tools of email and phone calls.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a HubSpot partner and our team members hold various HubSpot certifications related to Inbound marketing. For our digital advertising service we have Google certified team members as well. We are experienced digital marketing consultants who can help you navigate your marketing project.
