- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to keep it very straight forward, we charge $100 an hour per service. Normally for birthday parties we suggest you have one hour of face painting followed by one hour of balloon twisting which would be $200. For corporate events, if you need multiple people because you have a high attended event we can accommodate with more than one person running the serices. Our max party people pool, at the moment, is 2 painters and 1 twister.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I check if I am available on the date requested. Then, I use the information you provided on the form to make a service agreement that fits your party. Next, I send you the service agreement with my terms and services attached. You read it over, letting me know if you have any questions that I can address. If all looks good all I need to book is a signature on the form or a message saying that you have read the terms and you agree. After that we are all set and ready for the party!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's Degree of Fine Arts in Fashion Design. I have also done fairs and events of all sizes.
