- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All rates are included in the quote. We require a 10% deposit and a contract before any work is performed for everyone’s protection. Occasionally we feature a 10% off coupon through different advertising mediums. All fees are explained up front and put in writing so there is no confusion in either side .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always meet with my clients and look at the work that needs to be done. We discuss their their wish list and budget. I will guide you through each step from plans, permits etc. I will provide a written estimate for the scope of work your requesting. I think it is very important to keep my clients cost in their budget and fair. We don’t mark up our materials the industry standard 15-20%. I let all my customers know the bid is for labor only and all receipts will be reimbursed or purchased by the client. Any unforeseen issues that arise during the work will be discussed and a change order will be signed if we feel there will be any additional work or fees involved. There are no hidden fees and I am very upfront and inform you through out all stages of the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I personally have over 29 years of experience , I carry a class B general license in the state of California. I have worked in both the residential and commercial construction industry.
