I’ve used zap moving company three times in the Jackson area. Each time they have been timely, careful with all my things, and easy to work with. They wrapped all my things in blankets and shrink wrap to prevent damage. I will definitely use them again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Zap Moving LLC charges by an hourly rate of $125. This includes a 26ft truck, loading and unloading, furniture disassembly/ reassembly, unlimited packing materials, stairs and or elevator service.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
*Beware of extra fees. (Zap charges a flat hourly fee no matter how large a project.) *Don’t pay a large deposit. (Zap movers won’t demand cash or a large deposit before moving. You should only pay upon delivery.) *Will the moving crew wrap and protect your furniture to prevent damages? (Zap will make sure all pieces of furniture are padded and stretch wrapped free of charge, ensuring your items and home are damage-free at the end of your move.)
