Introduction: Jay Lally is a 43-year martial arts veteran with an 8th degree black belt in the Korean art of Taekwondo. Lally has presented self defense training to and instructed numerous government agencies, such as the FBI, DEA and several sheriff departments. Lally is also.a level III certified trainer in Ginastica Natural - a Brazilian method of athletic training based on dynamic movement and stretching - as well as a certified trainer in Russian Kettlebells, both of which he has been practicing for more than 20 years. He offers unique combinations of Ginastica, Self-Defense, Rope Training and Kettlebells, and total body circuit training at all levels.
Lally works extensively with high school, college, and professional sports teams, groups and individuals in hockey, football, soccer, baseball, tennis, lacrosse, volleyball, swimming, mixed martial arts and golf.
Lally’s fitness philosophy integrates dynamic flexibility and stretching with all of his training disciplines. This unique total body weight training method develops strength, endurance, agility, mobility, balance, flexibility and coordination - through a series of fast-paced, fluid body movements. Using dynamic stretch techniques, it promotes hip mobility and is highly successful in preventing sports injuries. It provides the athlete with increased muscle tone, stability, speed and heightened mental and motor control - teaching the body to move in a more agile, powerful and fluid way.
