I recently had a Mitsubishi ductless unit installed in my house. I was a little hesitant, but Mr. Cross explained everything to me. He was courteous and professional. Everything was installed in one day and I couldn't be happier. The unit works beautifully!! Mr. Cross also cleaned up after himself! I've had a lot of work done in my house and every time I was left with a huge mess. I would definitely recommend Mr. Cross to my family and friends.
