Introduction: CB RESTORATION came along during the restoration of a close friends home. After 6 weeks of physically and mentally challenging deep, detailed cleaning, and repairs of grim and issue build-up from the past 25 years, we turned a disaster into a beautiful, comfortable, and rewarding finished project. While working on the home, I came to conclusion that I would enjoy sharing our talent with other people.

Complete restoration of a 1973 home.
( 2 bedroom/1bath 1200 sq ft). Previous owner had smoked inside for 25+ years. Fully cleaned and sanitized from ceiling to baseboards/carpet. Repair work done on drywall, trim and crown molding. Removed wood paneling and added new texture and paint throughout the entire house.
Minor plumbing repairs including new hardware and a small leak. Brand new electrical outlets, switches and fixtures installed. Removed old carpet and restored the remaining like new.
Laid new tile including thresholds & backsplash in the kitchen, laundry room and also including where the old carpet was removed in hallway.
Resurfaced and painted appliances and countertops/tub. New silicone caulk throughout the bathroom and kitchen.
Full restoration of all cabinets and closets throughout the home. (17 cabinets, 3 closets and a pantry). Outside walls reinsulated and weatherproofed around doorways and access points. Windows sealed to be waterproof as well. The roof was resealed and gutters repaired to properly protect the home.
Even some minor landscaping to remove a low drainage spot and overgrown weeds..
Turning it into a garden area and a paver patio area with new fencing.
They made it "move in ready" and updated to 2016 standards.
I am very impressed with the quality and price. Well worth the time and money spent!!

(I was offered faster completion for a higher cost with a larger crew but I wasnt in a rush)
I wanted it done correct and as budget conscious as could be and I was more then blown away.
I can now rent the house for more then double its previous capabilities. Increasing my profit on that property alone by over 6000 annually.
