Edward Jones has done several jobs for me and I can honestly say that his work was very professional, timely and reasonably priced. He has cleaned carpets in several of my rental properties and was able to remove stains and bring the carpet back to almost new. Edward has also provided floor tech work at a partners of mine commercial architectural firm and the review of the work and attention to detail was superb. I have been in search for good work for my properties for sometime and now I no longer have to search I have Edward Jones and he brings the skill and professionalism I have been in search for. Mr. Jones has done several jobs for me in the past. He is very professional and knowledgeable about his work. He has serviced my offices by cleaning the carpet and bringing them back to life. I know longer have to look for a company to service my floors due to Mr. Jones He does superb work. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to keep there carpet and floors clean.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet/greet the customer over the phone to try and schedule a face -to- face, than we can discuss the process for delivering and receiving satisfactory service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years in the industry with a number of completed training courses in the facility services field. Graduate of Lincoln Technical 2004 in Marietta Ga.
