What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is no standard pricing in this industry. The price will depend on the customers desires and products.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would like to meet with you and look at the project. At that time we will discuss your ideas and help to get you the best results possible. We will then send you an email estimate with our time for completion.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a Class B General Contractor we are experienced in all aspects of building. We can build a house from foundation to roof.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Residential and Commercial.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Check the companies reviews and accreditation with the Better Business Bureau before you hire. You should disclose your budget so your contractor can help you get the most results with what you have to work with. There are almost always adds and changes to the initial project.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
If the customer is planning a California Room, Room Addition or Guest Home...they should be aware that plans will be needed and permits pulled. Also...a contractor cannot give you an accurate bid if you do not have plans. We offer our contact for this service.
