- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My rates are $40 per hour per person. Groups can be negotiated. The fitness evaluation and first sample training is free.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First an evaluation is done to discuss what the clients goals are as well as the best exercises for them. This is free. Once that is determined a combination of strength training and cardio training is implemented providing the client with the best results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?N.A.S.M Personal Trainer Certification, Credentials in Corrective Exercise, Fitness Nutrition and Senior Fitness. I also am a United States Air Force Veteran and an American Red Cross CPR/First Aid Instructor.
