Danny & Brandon both deserve the highest of compliments on the excellent service they provided. Hard working, polite & respectful and very knowledgeable, they thoroughly evaluated my hvac system then explained the different options of repairs in detail, without pressure. I felt very comfortable having them in my home & felt valued as a customer. Pricing was quite fair and I would highly recommend hiring MSP to anyone looking for quality workmanship. Can’t thank them enough!! Both get 5++ stars!

Very pleased with the service, company was flexible and able to schedule appointment after PM and on Saturday, to accommodate my work schedule. I was pleased with the service. They went out of their way to fix out air unit. They came out on a Saturday and were able to let us know what was needed right away. We needed a new compressor. Any business could have made us wait until Monday to come back but instead they came out on a Sunday rather than taking a day off. They fixed it quickly and checked all areas for us. I really appreciate the promptness and the service for going above and beyond.

Both Danny and Michael (technicians) were very knowledgeable. They explained what was wrong with the AC in terms that I could understand. While their website boasts "same day service", the consult happened the same day I called while the repair happened 4 days later. Donald (call center) was very obliging and professional. Our AC now works very well and I learned how to care for it better. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for an honest company who won't try to upswell you or push products on you and also gives quality service.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started doing install and service at a small company called WTR learned a lot but wanted to learn more went to a company called Avis Heating and Air as an apprentice install then I was promoted to lead installer I installed about 40 new central air conditioning systems monthly including hepa filtration running new 240 volt electrical. Then I went to Rightime home services doing service on heating and ac units decided working for someone wasn't for me so I got together with some friends that were very skilled in trade that knew everything about heating and air conditioning, so that with this knowledge we could take care of our customers and do the right thing for each and every customer and give them a fair price with quality work
