- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge 33 1/3% to 40%, depending on the timing of the resolution of the case. For minors, the fee is determined by the Court.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet in person, discuss your case and evaluate whether it is a good fit for us. If we are all in agreement about the merits of the case, we offer to enter a contingency fee agreement, meaning that we do not charge for our time unless we are successful in recovering damages for the client..
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Southwestern University School of Law in 1988. I am licensed by the State Bar of California and have almost 30 years of experience in civil litigation.
