- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A "Standard Pricing System" is so hard to accomplish in rooftop improvement jobs, because there are so many details and differences from one building/home to the next. This is why we recommend an "FREE Roof Inspection". Once you realize our quick and professional manner of showing you our value and your savings, you'll probably have us stay for dinner!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A new customer is just as valuable as one of our family members and employees. We don't refer to our customers as "customers" but rather as a new addition to our family. As you are new, we guide you each step of the way and will always leave you feeling satisfied with the work we have performed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
AMS and RJC Construction is fully trained in all methods of energy efficient savings. We carry a General Contractors B license in the State of California, as well a a C-39 roofing license, plus have decades worth of experience, installing exactly what you are looking for in your commercial and residential roofing and energy efficient projects. All our crews work for us and are on our payroll. This assures quality control and maximum roof lifespans.
