- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Will work with you to meet your budget and if requested custom menu items per budget. Discounts for non-profit, charity or religious events. Other discounts available as well. Very competitive prices compared to others in the industry. RDD only requests small deposit or booking fee to hold the date. Our event minimum is definitely fair in comparison to other vendors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
By call or email, we discuss their questions and requests and then if they are interested we give them quote. Email contract if hired. Just ask for 48 hour notice of hire before event. Small deposit may be required.
