I had a cracked thermopane window (fairly large, about 42"x42"). I choose Conrad because his quote response had detailed follow up questions that clearly showed a level of interest and knowledge that the other responses did not include. Besides doing an excellent job extracting the broken window and installing the new one, the things I appreciated most about Conrad was his flexibility, his accessibility (constantly kept me updated with texts/emails, answered all my questions), professionalism/thoroughness, and friendliness. He was honest about what he was comfortable doing and priced very reasonably as well. Will definitely work with Conrad in the future for any window/glass needs.

Conrad replaced broken double-pane, tempered glass in a double-hung window. He was precise in his measurements and the installation was of expert craftsmanship. Conrad communicated with me frequently to update me on the status of my glass order. He arrived on time and was very neat in his work. He takes a great deal of pride in his work. I highly recommend Chicago Area Glass.

Conrad was awesome. He kept me in the loop on when he would arrive. He cut the glass for my window on site and he also said he was going to charge me $10 less after seeing the window in person😃. After he was done with the installation he cleaned everything up and I showed him my other windows on my house and he told me he did screen repair on site! I had him replace 2 screens that were ripped. All in all I was very happy with him and the services he provided. I definitely recommend him!

Conrad did a great job installing our front picture window. He completed the job when he said he would and was reasonable in his pricing. He is a hard worker and takes pride in his work. He is professional and left the sight clean. We highly recommend Conrad!

This company was very responsive in all communications. He was professional; he explained each step of what he would do to our home. His work was excellent, and he cleaned up at the end of the installment very well! My husband and I were very pleased. If ever we need a replacement window again, we would call Conrad.
