Introduction: Collectively my clients have lost over 500 lbs in the last year alone. I don't believe in a one size fits all approach to nutrition and training, I subscribe to the theory that the best diet for you is the one you can stick to.
I started my journey 10 years ago when I was overweight and unhappy. After losing over 80 lbs myself, I've gained an appreciation for what my clients go through and the struggles they face when it comes to making such a big change.
I love watching people develop a passion for taking care of their bodies. Seeing people take the steps necessary to change their lives is one of the most inspiring things in the world.
