- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work very hard to make sure my work matches my pricing. Although no one can guarantee a repair, I do have a 1 year warranty on installs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to take the time to really understand the way the customer envisions the outcome. I like to sit down and talk about what they want.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The training I have is hands on. I have learned a lot by remodeling the homes that I have lived in and from my Father.
