- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of my complete home inspections are backed with a 90 Warranty, 5 Roof protection plan, Mold and Sewer Protection at no additional cost! If you book a Wind mitigation and 4 point inspection together get a discount!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Schedule an inspection with me by phone, online or email. I show up early to get started. Inspection takes anywhere from 1 hour to even 5 hours depending on the type of inspection and size of home. We will input all of the appliances into the recall check system to see if any of the appliances have been recalled. I will also explain everything we find in person also offering tips for home maintenance. Then you will receive your report through email typically within 24 hours.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a member in good standing with (Internachi) The international association of certified home inspectors. I am a Florida state licensed and insured home inspector. I also have been in the construction industry for over 15 years.
