What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love working with all residential clients. Whether it's your first home or you're practically a pro yourself in real estate I am here to guide you every step of the way. I like to meet with my clients and get to know their needs and wants. After that, we will get you pre-approved with a trusted lender if you haven't already done so. Then I will get to work for you. If you're selling I will guide you through preparing your home for sale. I use a professional photographer and many different marketing techniques. If you're buying I won't just send you listings from the MLS, I'll work on finding you a home off market also. I have relationships with other realtors in the area, utilize social media and I circle prospect the areas you want to be in.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 25 years of experience and success in Sales. I have been blessed with training/experience in negotiations, listening, project management training and more. I have a background in design and lighting in addition to sales.
