if you not interested in a job say so don't keep people waiting you had numbers you could call giving him 1 star was much more than he deserves marlene martinOct 23, 2018VerifiedJohn Maddy's reply
I never even gave an estimate for this job, let alone hired. As you can tell from my other reviews I am well respected and sought after for my integrity and quality work. I do wish you all the best, and apologize for any frustration in trying to get something done when you can't be in town to oversee the process. It can be a challenge. With respect... John
John was quick to respond with initial call back. He was the most prompt with f/u assessment of job and pictures of the repairs needed, gave the most reasonable cost estimates along with options for repairs, and had the most rapid availability. We are still negotiating the details.Jan 16, 2018
Showed up when he said he was going to. Assessed the situation, came back with an amazing price, and was ready to work. When rain prevented him from doing the job on a Friday, he came out on Saturday to do the job. Very knowledgeable in his craft. He's my new "go to" guy.Oct 16, 2017Verified
I strongly recommend John Maddy for handyman services; otherwise you might be wasting your money. He and his support technician were knowledgeable, able to troubleshoot an issue and overcome it, left the area clean, and fully explained the work they performed. Nice job, John and Kelly!Sep 16, 2017VerifiedJohn Maddy's reply
