- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon my initial visit I like to sit down with my clients to discuss their problem and inform them on how to properly prepare their home for treatment. Having the right to pesticides is only a fraction of what it takes to fend off an infestation. Equally as important is executing the right techniques and having the home properly prepared for treatment. If the customers home is not prepared properly the treatment will likely fail and be ineffective.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have undergone classroom training with two of the largest companies in the pest control industry. I am a licensed and certified pest control technician, bed bug specialist and termite inspector.
