- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will have a phone call conversation to get to know you and see what you are looking for and to see if I am a good fit for what you are looking for. if we agree I will then get a quote to you within 2 days of that phone call. from there we will meet in person and finalize the agreement.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified chef. I attended Minnesota state community and Technical College along with getting my certificate at Le Cordon Bleu of MSP. I am also restaurant manager certified.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I fell in love with the cooking industry when I was 12, my mother was my inspiration as I watched her run her own restaurant
