What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
With a 24-hour turn around time on all notes, our services start at $1.99/minute. 1. Standard service is $1.99/min for a 24-hour turn around. 2. Express service is $2.99/minute for 4-hour express service on orders received before 4 PM EST. 3. Overnight service is $2.49/minute for all dictations received after 4PM EST. Client will receive their completed note the following day by 10AM EST.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A simple consultation is all that's needed to get us started. A login to a secure site is provided where the client can start uploading their work. We also offer phone-in services for dictations. An account number and phone number is provided upon sign-up.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff is certified in medical billing and coding, as well as hands-on experience working for doctors and clinics.
