Had a wonderful experience with Max. Came to prevent ants, so far, we’ve found a bunch of dead ones in our kitchen - so the bait is definitely working. Heres to hoping the barrier keeps them out! The only thing i would recommend is getting boot slippers since you are coming from the outside into a persons home. Other than that, top notch!

I picked MiteBuster from a few options, none of which I was familiar with, so I have no comparison as to value. They were prompt, courteous, and explained everything they were doing with a 60 day guarantee. They were not the cheapest, nor the most expensive. This is a small company and I was able to speak to speak to a real live person.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer Per-Visit Pricing and 2-3 Visit Guaranteed Pricing. Per-Visit Pricing does not include guarantees. Most pest issues requires follow up visits to ensure elimination of remaining pest population or newborn pests. Our guaranteed pricing offers a peace of mind and will be cheaper in the long run opposed to multiple visits being purchased at the per-visit rate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually do a 2-3 visits process depending on the type of pest and severity of the issue with that pest(s).
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have an in 1500 sq ft in-house training facility in Rochelle Park, NJ. All of our technicians are state licensed and go through frequent training. Some of our technicians have over 10 years of experience.
