- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No. I believe each client has their own needs and each situation is different. I will work out the pricing with the client. I am a small business owner myself and I understand the juggling act of needing services while watching costs, therefore I charge lower than average rates, but provide the highest level of service and accuracy.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will have an extensive conversation so that I can understand your objectives and details of what you need. We will set realistic target dates.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 18 years accounting experience and 7 years human resources experience. I have a bachelor's degree in accounting and a master's degree in business. I have also been certified as a Quickbooks ProAdvisor and have worked in QuickBooks for over 10 years in addition to several other software programs.
