She is also a certified Nutritionist, and she and Gabe (Personal Trainer) are certified stretch practitioners. Gabe is a gentle giant. He is very strong but not intimidating at all. I hired Shannon to train for 3 months before my wedding. She is nice, motivating, funny, and flexible! We did part online, part in-person. My goal was to develop a mind body connection with my abs, strengthen them, and generally look trimmer/leaner for the wedding. Shannon has helped me do all of that! She provided calculated steps to strengthen my abs and avoid my chronic problem of my hip flexors taking over. She helped me with my form in all exercises (left knee hated squats until Shannon came along!). She is a wealth of knowledge physically and nutritionally! She took a close look at my diet and suggested do-able changes to help me reduce body fat percentage. I would love to work with her again in the future.

I started working out with Shannon when she taught a group kickboxing class that I attended. The group was typically 5 people or less. Shannon made a point to make everyone feel comfortable. She gave us individualized modifications to exercises, personal tips, motivation and nutrition information. She actually made me WANT to work out! I have used her for personal training as well. Her exercises and meal plans are very personalized to what you need. She really makes it a point to get to know your likes/dislikes and what motivates you to succeed. I would highly reccommend her!!

Shannon is absolutely amazing. She is so encouraging and positive and helps you no matter what your level of exercise is. This is the only trainer I trust intrinsically to better my health and well-being. Thank you for all you do!

The moment I met shannon, she was friendly, knowledgeable and a joy to be around! Something that is important to me in a trainer is someone who I don’t feel awkward with and she totally makes the hour fun! She’s creative with her workouts and will prioritize safety, form and the client’s individual needs. She also is trained in stretching so the post workout stretching is a game changer! Mobility is just as important as doing the actually exercise and that is something shannon taught me! She has lots of knowledge on anatomy and the human body with her medical background and that’s something I valued because I could ask her about why my knee cracks and she could tell me the actual muscle and why it’s doing that. Would totally recommend shannon to all ages, gender and goals! She is a great trainer and has become a close friend.
