- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a full service accounting firm and our rates depend upon the services provided. We do everything from running payroll and paying client's bills to preparing tax returns and financial statements and everything in between. We can provide you with a quote once we know what services would be required.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually start with a phone call so that we can learn more about what services you need. The next step would most likely be an initial meeting, either at our office or yours, to review your paperwork, etc. at which time we can make a suggestion for how we would like to proceed with the relationship.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My firm has three Certified Public Accountants and two support staff that each hold a Bachelor's in Accounting.
