Introduction: My training is geared towards adults 50+ or those returning to fitness after therapy or for those just starting out. Everyone can benefit from some form of physical activity, no matter your age or current abilities.
I love helping people live happy, active and functional lives. I have extensive training working with adults from their twenties, into their nineties and even up to 100! I do assessments to determine where you are now, and we will come up with a plan to get you where you want to be.
