FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is a competitive base off of other contractors local to me. I research prices about twice a year and do my best to beat prices by about 15 percent or more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know the customer a little bit before we get started. It helps to communicate the views and goals of your customer. This assures there is no gray area while performing assigned projects.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had the pleasure of training with some of the best in the buisness. My former employer specialized in floors that no one else would quote. Whether it be painted, covered in adhesive, or very specific/rare/antique species of wood a customer wanted installed. Through all the challenges we accepted we knocked them out of the park as far as expectations. These are the experiences that prepared me for alot of things that I may run into unexpectedly.
