- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard pricing is $50 per hour for labor within 15 miles. We give a 5% senior and military discount on all labor charges.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once contact is made, an appointment is set to come out and take a look at the project. An estimate is created within 48 hours. When the estimate is accepted, a start date is scheduled and if applicable, a deposit for materials is collected.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
