We charge an $85 service call fee which covers house visit and diagnosis of appliance problem.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact with info on my service and typical associated fees.Recommend that all customers send me the make and model so I can better serve you.May be able to troubleshoot over the phone, if not then upon customers decision schedule to go out to location.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have trained through various appliance training schools. One of them being uncle Harry's, Penn foster, and Fred's academy.
