FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you are very interested in training with me but the price is a problem, please feel free to reach out and we can come up with a solution. I am willing to work with and help anyone who can stay committed and motivated to achieve their fitness goals. I am a very understandable and approachable person that is always willing to help if price is an issue. If you would like me to travel to your home or your preferred location, I am very open-minded but I do charge a little extra for gas expenses.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First off, we set up a time to talk over the phone and I can answer any questions beforehand regarding any concerns you may have about training, nutrition, etc. During this time, I will ask important questions to get a better grasp of my client's fitness goals, nutrition needs, medical history, as well as other vital information. Essentially, I use this information to get a better understanding of your strengths and weaknesses. Additionally, we use this information to track your results and week-to-week progression. At the end of the phone call, we can talk about scheduling and come up with days and times that would work best for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a certified personal trainer from the National Council for Certified Personal Trainers (NCCPT). Additionally, I was a Certified Fitness Professional from dotFIT. Lastly, I am a high level researcher and nutrition coach who has studied numerous online courses including the Key to Nutrition & Wellness course from the Health Institute to broaden my health, nutrition and fitness knowledge. Not to mention, I have my Bachelor of Arts degree from St. John Fisher College. In my 8 years experience, I have worked with thousands of clients with various types of goals and health issues some of which included cancer, diabetes, asthma, fibromyalgia, arthritis, multiple sclerosis, scoliosis, multiple dystrophy, etc.
