I was very pleased with the service I received. The weather was bad and they still arrived in a very timely manner. They also called first. I was amazed at how knowledgeable they were about their machine and how well the machine worked! After the cleaning was complete, there was a lovely clean scent of citrus!They were able to get the tough stains out, and the carpet looks like new now. I will certainly be utilizing their services again.

Needed windows and carpet cleaned for my empty house before selling. Both workers were punctual, friendly and accommodating. I did learn that windows have a top window and a bottom window and that the price per window is just that (where I expected the top and bottom to be one window) - therefore my cost was higher than I was expecting, but that is no reflection on the company, rather my learning curve. They did offer me a discount for doing both services which I appreciated. Everything looked super clean and I was very happy with them. I do recommend this company!!

I hired them to clean a carpet in our attic for the house we just bought with a lot of unknown red/orange stains and cigarette odor. Team showed up on time, provided lots of information about what they would do, and worked for much longer than I expected (based on past history with carpet cleaning companies). They tried multiple ways to get the stains out... while ultimately only partially successful, they got many of the stains out and the carpet looked and smelled much better when done. Also, they steam cleaned the tile/grout in our bathrooms and entryway and they looked rejuvenated after. I will definitely hire them again.
