- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on the type of case, I usually charge an initial consultation and then an hourly rate applies depending on the type of service offered.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first typically have a telephone conference, email or a consultation appointment, depending on the type of matter involved to learn about their needs/expectations and explain the services I can offer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a juris doctorate degree from UB law, and was on Law Review. I continue taking CLE course each year to keep updated.
