Introduction: Dependable and professional cleaning. Fully insured. Full background checks performed on all employees. Only one cleaner assigned to each home for security and consistency. We supply all of the cleaning products. We only ask our customers to provide their own vacuum and mops to eliminate cross contamination between houses. No contracts to sign and no cancellation fees. Weekly, twice monthly, monthly or one-time cleanings offered. Extremely reasonable prices great referral discounts. We love the fact that one cleaner is assigned to each client so we can develop a trust with them. We want our customers to feel comfortable knowing who is in their home and know that the cleaning will be done to their expectations each time.

I contacted Kristine to come for a free estimate. I asked if we could work together to get the cleaning I wanted within my budget range. Not only did she show up early and was extremely professional, she took notes and worked with me on the price. She told me that one of her cleaners would contact me to set up a schedule for the clean. Within 24 hours, I received a call and she also offered to come out prior to the first clean to meet me. I was so impressed by this since my family is not home when the cleaning will take place. She came out and I immediately noticed how great my house smelled when I walked through the door. I couldn't believe how above and beyond the things we discussed she went and without increasing the price. My house has never been cleaner and I am so glad I won't have to worry about spending my free time cleaning. I highly recommend this company!!

I recently hired Kleaning Residential Services for a one-time cleaning and could not be happier with the results. Not only did the employee show up a few minutes early than expected (which was great because we were able to go over the rooms I wanted her to focus on), she exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be calling again in the near future.

prices vary depending on the services requested. A free estimate allows the customer to design their cleaning to fit their budget and they pay that same amount each time. There are no surprises or hidden charges. No contracts or fees for cancelled cleanings.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After an initial quote, I like to speak to my customers over the phone to get as many details as possible. If the cleaning is more than just a one time clean, I like to schedule a free estimate so the customer can show me their home and they can pay what their budget will allow and they can taylor the cleaning to fit their needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in business since 2003 and have experience in both residential and commercial cleaning.
